Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without notice. By purchasing, you affirm and acknowledge to abide by my Terms of Service listed below.
Section I
General Terms
All commissioned works will include my watermark that will remain within the piece unless contacted otherwise (Ex. Adoptables, Chibis, & Customs).
Clients must contact the artist to use their artwork for commercial means.
I, CubeSnap/KaijuTreat, reserve the right to refuse or cancel the commission order for any reason at any time.
Art Wills & Don'ts
The chart below lists subject matter that I will or will not be able to draw. If you'll like to know wether your character is acceptable for your order, please contact me on Discord @cubesnap

Below are the type of payments I will accept only when stated within an advertisement.
USD (Via. CashApp & Kofi, Will always remain as an available option)

Robux (They will be priced higher to cover Roblox's tax reduction.)

Payment
After the final sketch stage of the order has been approved by you (the client), full payment must be provided upfront before I begin the finalization stage.
Payment must be transferred by the client through either CashApp or Ko-Fi.

Cancellation
If you would like for your order to be canceled BEFORE transferring payment, please contact me as soon as possible.
References
All Clients MUST provide a clear, SFW visual reference of their character(s) or any items added within their order. This includes but not limited to:
Lined and unshaded reference/artwork
Color within the Character(s) design or color palette provided on the reference sheet
Visual images of physical objects
Written references (unless the description matches the criteria of the order such as a custom design) will not be accepted as they impact the order process and/or quality of the finished piece.I, Cubesnap/KaijuTreat, reserves the right to slightly simplify a character's design to retain the order's compatibility.
Work in Progress Stage
All Clients are responsible for requesting changes to the artwork BEFORE the Finalization Stage. Once payment has been transferred, any major revisions such as a complete pose change will not be completed under any circumstances.Clients will receive work in progress images upon request throughout the duration of their order.
Turn-Around Time
Orders will recieve their finalized product in within 1 week to 3 months depending on the type of commission, the size of the order, and my schedule. If an event occurs such as a medical emergency that will delay the order from delivering within the time-frame provided, I will notify the client.Due to my schedule, I will not accept orders that require a deadline.
Finalized Stage
Once the order has been fully completed, I will provide a full resolution piece of the commission to the client. Dimensions of the image vary depending on the commission type.Finished works will receive minimal changes/corrections, varying from uncolored areas to missing markings free of charge.

Customs & Character Designs
Designer Rights
I, the artist, retain all rights of the artwork and design concept.
Designs created by the artist must be credited by CubeSnap/KaijuTreat.
Owner Rights & Resale
Owners are allowed to slightly modify the original image of the design or completely redesign the custom/design. However, owners are prohibited from using the design or original artwork to:
Mint NFTs or in association with blockchain technology.
Fed into AI training or generation machines.
Depicting zoophilia, pedophilia, or to promote hate/discrimination.
